Welcome to your audio session
Congratulations on committing to the process of forgiving yourself!
If you’ve read Chapter 20 of Self-Intelligence, then you already know the science. Basically, self-shame destroys our willpower, while self-forgiveness strengthens our willpower. This has to do with a subconscious phenomenon that scientists call the what-the-hell effect. That’s a funny name, but the effect itself is serious—and this audio session can help free you from it. For maximum benefit, you may want to listen at least once a week for a month or more.
This is a closed-eye session. Also, the audio is very relaxing—so please do not drive a vehicle while listening! The session lasts half an hour. You’ll find this session particularly powerful because of my advanced training in the use of Milton Model patterns to tap into the neuroplasticity of your subconscious brain. Therefore, don’t worry if your conscious mind wanders off during the process. Trust your subconscious to follow the sound of my voice, and to take in the suggestions in whatever way will be most beneficial to you. Enjoy!
